Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals with life-limiting illness or in their last stages of life in The Town of Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Clearview Township. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the patient, family and caregivers, enhancing quality of life.

Who You Help

Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals and families around Southern Georgian Bay who are dealing with life-limiting illness.

This care also includes respite care and programs in the community, such as grief and bereavement counselling, and specialized support for children and youth.

The Hospice’s group program participants have increased 54 percent since April 2021. New referrals to these programs have increased more than 40 percent.

The Ontario government partially funds operating costs of Hospice Georgian Triangle. The Foundation relies on community donations of over $1.5 million annually to cover the remainder of the operating costs as well as all capital costs.

  1. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play.
  2. Tickets may only be purchased in Ontario, as the lottery licence is issued from the AGCO.
  3. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  4. Tickets can be purchased for $10 for 10 numbers, $20 for 40 numbers, $40 for 100 numbers. Purchases can be made online at www.HGT5050.com with a credit card. Alternatively, purchases can be made using cash or cheque, only in person, at 186 Hurontario St, unit 103, Collingwood, ON, L9Y 4T4. In person selling will only happen if covid restrictions allow.
  5. After buying, patrons will be given a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. This receipt is sent electronically by email for purchases made online. This receipt is printed from a handheld device (provided by Ascend), for those purchase made in person.
  6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold.
  7. No board member, principal officer or paid staff of the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation, nor their immediate families, are permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
  8. All winning ticket numbers will be posted on www.HGT5050.com as well as Hospice Georgian Triangle’s social media platforms. Information about the winner is collected at the point of sale, the winner will be contacted directly.
  9. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
  10. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and send it to cooksonk@hospicegeorgiantriangle.com or call 705-444-2555 ext. 7523.
  11. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that game. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
  12. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning PDF ticket file will be kept on file (on HGTF servers) for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will donated to Hospice Georgian Triangle, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
